Trophy Mart take extreme care in processing your orders, but we are human and errors can sometimes happen. If you find an error in your order, please notify us straight away and we will work with you to resolve the problem immediately.
We do not accept returns for any custom made items that have been previously approved. A design will be sent prior to processing your order, especially for crystal, glass, engraved wood and sublimated material products for approval.
The sizes and colour of the products displayed may slightly vary.
Once payment is made and funds cleared the order is deemed confirmed and you have committed to the purchase of the order. If you change your mind and Trophy Mart have ordered the products no refund will be given, however if this situation arises please contact us to discuss and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
